Why Gospel Conversation exists, and who it's for.
Gospel Conversation exists to catalyze and equip everyday Christians to have real, gracious conversations about Jesus with neighbors, coworkers, family, and friends. We believe evangelism isn't reserved for the especially bold or the professionally trained. It's for every believer, in every ordinary moment.
"Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect." (1 Peter 3:15)
Most Christians care deeply about the people in their lives and genuinely want them to know Jesus. But when the moment comes, fear, uncertainty, or simply not knowing what to say gets in the way. The gap isn't conviction. It's confidence and practice.
We build simple, practical tools: conversation guides, short trainings, and real-world frameworks that take the mystery out of gospel conversations. Our goal isn't to hand you a script to memorize, but a set of skills you can genuinely make your own.
Every tool on this site (every guide, every framework, every conversation starter) does the same limited job: it helps you plant a seed, or water one that's already in the ground. That's genuinely valuable work, and Scripture tells us to do it well. But planting and watering were never meant to save anyone. Only God gives the growth.
"I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow . . . So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow." (1 Corinthians 3:6–7)
That means confidence in a conversation was never supposed to come from having the perfect words. It comes from trusting that the Holy Spirit is the one who actually convicts, softens, and brings someone from death to life, not our persuasiveness. Which is why prayer isn't a nice add-on to a gospel conversation. It's the whole foundation underneath it: prayer before a conversation even starts, prayer while it's happening, and prayer for whatever's still unfinished long after it ends.

Gospel Conversation is built by everyday believers who wanted tools that were practical, honest, and centered on Scripture, and couldn't easily find them. We're not a large organization; we're a growing resource made for the church, by people committed to helping it speak.
